Neighborhood Housing Services of Richland County is a HUD-approved, non-profit, community development agency located in downtown Richland Center and serving all of Richland County (with certain programs extending to all of Southwest Wisconsin).  In addition to the Home Ownership Center, the NHS agency consists of a Home Rehab Program, a New Home Construction Program, and the Park Hotel Senior Citizen Apartments.

Home Ownership Center!
Specifically, the NHS Home Ownership Center

assists people who are seeking to purchase, maintain, or retain their home.  We also offer financial counseling for those interested in becoming mortgage ready, or those struggling with mortgage payments and foreclosure.  We have offered free, impartial counseling services for over 25 years.  To learn more about each of our counseling programs, please click on the links below.
